1. Winner Selection Criteria

• The criteria for evaluating and selecting winners will be determined solely by Brainbean Technolabs.
• Evaluation may be based on technical quality, innovation, functionality, usability, scalability, design quality, creativity, and adherence to competition requirements.
• The decision of Brainbean Technolabs in declaring winners shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to all students and individuals, including employees, contractors, or affiliates of Brainbean Technolabs.
• No age restrictions apply.

3. Registration & Form Submissions

• All participants must register using the official competition form and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Participants must upload a valid ID proof, passport-size photograph, and any required supporting documents during registration or when requested.
• Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to rejection or disqualification.
• Brainbean Technolabs is not responsible for delayed, lost, incomplete, or corrupted entries due to technical issues.
• By submitting the registration form, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data by Brainbean Technolabs for competition administration, evaluation, and promotional purposes.

4. Competition Format & Submission Rules

• The competition may involve coding challenges, plugin development, ERP/software modules, website designs, creatives, or custom functionalities, as specified in the competition brief.
• Submissions must be delivered in the format and within the timelines specified. Late submissions may not be accepted.
• Submissions must be original. Plagiarism, unauthorized copying, or use of unlicensed materials will result in immediate disqualification.
• Use of open-source libraries/tools is allowed only if they are properly credited and do not restrict Brainbean Technolabs’ ownership rights.

5. Judging Process

• Submissions will be reviewed by judges appointed by Brainbean Technolabs.
• Judges’ decisions are based on the internal criteria defined by Brainbean Technolabs.
• The evaluation process may involve multiple stages or rounds, if applicable.

6. Prizes & Recognition

• Details of prizes, awards, or recognition will be announced separately for each competition.
• Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided unless otherwise specified.
• Any taxes or charges applicable to prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.

7. Code of Conduct

• Participants must maintain professionalism, fairness, and respectful behavior.
• Any misconduct, cheating, or unethical practices will result in disqualification.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• Brainbean Technolabs shall not be held responsible for technical failures, internet issues, or system errors beyond its control.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring proper functionality of their environment and submissions.
• Brainbean Technolabs is not liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising out of participation in the competition.

9. Modification & Cancellation

• Brainbean Technolabs reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Ownership of Submissions (Important)

• By participating in this competition, all participants acknowledge and agree that all submissions, including but not limited to source code, plugins, custom functionalities, ERP modules, software, website designs, graphics, creatives, documentation, or related files (collectively “Submissions”), shall become the sole and exclusive property of Brainbean Technolabs.
• Participants shall have no ownership, rights, claims, or licenses over their Submissions once submitted.
• Brainbean Technolabs shall have full and perpetual rights to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, license, commercialize, and showcase the Submissions in any manner it deems fit, without any obligation of approval, acknowledgment, or compensation to the participant.
• Participants confirm and warrant that their Submissions are original, free of third-party claims, and do not infringe any copyright, license, or intellectual property rights. Any violation will result in immediate disqualification
